Yamhill County divorce records are the official documentation of the legal process through which a marriage is dissolved. • Divorce certificates are only retrievable by parties to the case, their attorneys, or a legally authorized person. These certificates are issued by the Oregon Health Authority. According to the Oregon Administrative Rules, a divorce certificate becomes public 50 years following the date of the divorce

Essentially, while members of the public can direct divorce court record requests to the circuit clerk's office, only authorized individuals may contact the Oregon Health Authority to obtain a divorce certificate for a fee.
